Zachary McCauley, 29, of Kentucky is accused of sex trafficking a 13-year-old girl and arranging sexual encounters with her and two men in Pennsylvania. Investigators said McCauley posed as a 17-year-old boy on the social media app Snapchat and coerced the girl into sending him sexually explicit images while threatening her mother. McCauley arranged several sexual encounters with the victim, which led to the girl meeting three men in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, in October 2024, according to investigators. Two of the men had sex with the victim while the third man left after being suspicious of the girl’s age, officials said. Investigators identified the two men who sexually assaulted the victim as Jon Thomas Van Ingen, 67, of Buckingham Township, Pennsylvania, and Randy Francis Quinn, 42, of Coopersburg, Pennsylvania, according to officials.
